Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Soliant Healthcare. As a key member of our behavioral services team, you will be working closely with students who require support in developing social skills, self-regulation, and independence.

This is a full-time position offering guaranteed hours with a caseload focused on elementary students. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and have experience in implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or behavior specialist.

• Provide direct support to students with behavioral challenges, utilizing ABA techniques and strategies to promote positive behaviors and outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed.

• Valid RBT certification
• Solid understanding and practical application of ABA principles
• Strong organizational and data collection skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow directions from supervising professionals
