Job Summary:

This position is responsible for delivering high-quality client services on an account team at Urban Science Applications, Inc. The successful candidate will be focused on both technical and client handling skills, with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and deliver client-requested reports, deliverables, and projects on time, adhering to client specifications.
  • Design, create, and manage client databases using Urban Science proprietary software, ensuring accurate and high-quality data.
  • Assist management in creating estimates and proposals for clients to better understand the proposal process.
  • Serve as a contact for clients and develop relationships to effectively respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of client data for assigned projects to properly create client deliverables.
  • Track, process, analyze, and verify data to improve accuracy and quality.
  • Assume responsibility for accurate and high-quality data being utilized on assigned projects.
  • Perform application coding and testing functions associated with the development of custom client software.
  • Use technical skills to update and maintain Urban Science internal software systems.
  • Adhere to quality control standards for Urban Science and client organizations.
  • Coordinate with individuals or teams to complete analyses, tasks, and projects on time and with high quality.
