**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team at Stardom Employment Consultants. The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting background, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
  • Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment and invoicing.
  • Coordinate and support external audits, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with auditors.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to protect company assets, ensuring the highest level of financial integrity.
  • Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • At least 5 years of accounting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective manner.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and other industry-standard systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
