Configuration Specialist

As a Configuration Associate I, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality products per procedures/specifications within the standard labor hours. You will be responsible for set up and perform assigned assembly operations within specific target product family while meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet Quality goals and on time delivery associated with respective jobs
- Perform process operations from procedural documentation and training within standard labor hours
- Perform visual inspection of Configuration product for physical damage and missing parts
- Ability to test Configuration product using a PC based test system
- Record inspection results via PC-based Configuration order tracking system
- Prep and clean Configuration product prior to shipment in accordance to established standards
- Associate needs to be punctual. Can be depended on to handle his /her normal work functions
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain ISO 9001 readiness
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent/ or previous relevant work experience
- Able to routinely lift up to 35lbs
- Basic math skills, can read a ruler
- Fundamental reading and writing skills
- Effective communication skills
- Basic computer literacy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficient understanding of the use of a desktop
