Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate and reduce losses through deterrence of external theft and execution of key operational programs.
  • Model customer engagement behaviors to detect and deter shoplifters, providing exceptional service to all customers.
  • Act in compliance with company policy "Engaging Law Enforcement" when attempts at service do not deter theft.
  • Assist in monitoring store compliance with policies related to safety, operational controls, and Merchandise Expose Standards (MES) execution.
  • Participate in external/internal investigations and promote store awareness around addressing theft and operational controls.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of prior LP or educational experience in Loss Prevention preferred.
