Our Actuarial Internship program offers students a unique chance to explore the actuarial profession while developing essential skills for long-term career growth. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects, learn from experienced professionals, and build a strong network of peers and mentors.
This 10-to-12 week internship provides a comprehensive learning experience, including on-site technical and professional development classes, community service events, and exposure to advanced tools like Excel and GGY AXIS.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working in a dynamic, innovative environment that encourages creativity and collaboration
- Developing a strong foundation in actuarial principles and practices
- Building relationships with colleagues and mentors through regular check-ins and feedback
- Participating in community service events and contributing to the vitality of local communities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong mathematical background and proficiency in oral and written communication
- Demonstrated potential for a career in the actuarial field, with a focus on leadership and problem-solving
Salary: $70,000 per year. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
