High School Registered Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavioral Therapist to join our team at CareStaff Partners. As a Registered Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement IEPs for students with special needs
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and growth
- Provide differentiated instruction and adapt teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student
- Assess and monitor student progress, documenting achievements and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other teachers, specialists, and parents to ensure effective communication and coordination of services
- Registered Behavior Technician Certificate
- Familiarity with IEPs and ability to develop and implement them effectively
- Effective communication and people skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
