Job Title: Bilingual HR Coordinator

At Crown Staffing - Florence, we are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing essential HR functions, supporting our diverse workforce, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register fingerprints in ADP
  • Track new hires and terminations
  • Approve and adjust PTO requests
  • Manage employee schedules
  • Handle wage increases and missed punches
  • Complete I-9 forms for new employees
  • Conduct file audits and track attendance
  • Implement disciplinary actions
  • Process payroll
  • Conduct orientation sessions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Experience with Lark/ADP is a plus
