At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a skilled Dialysis Charge Registered Nurse to join our team as a hemodialysis team leader. This role is ideal for a registered nurse with a passion for patient care and leadership.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned dialysis nurse to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hemodialysis unit. As a charge nurse, you will be responsible for supervising direct patient care staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive work environment.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working 3-4 days per week with rotating Saturdays. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who share your commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct patient care staff in providing hemodialysis treatments
  • Develop and implement plans of care to meet the individual needs of patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

Requirements:

  • Certified Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Dialysis experience required
