Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Center Rutland, Vermont. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, while developing your skills and expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy services to clients in their homes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Educate clients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for maintaining optimal health and independence

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Home Health Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will need:

  • A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Vermont
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
