Salary PackageWe offer a highly competitive salary package well over $140,000 a year with benefits and bonuses. This includes a $5,000 signing bonus, performance-based bonuses in addition to salary, and a stipend for ongoing education. Additionally, we provide comprehensive insurance coverage, including health, malpractice, vision, dental, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) match.
Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to patients, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure the best outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing primary and urgent care services to patients
- Working closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop treatment plans and coordinate care
- Performing minor procedures such as laceration repair, splinting, incision and drainage, wound care, ear irrigation, and foreign body removal
- Conducting pelvic exams and other diagnostic tests as needed
To be considered for this role, you must have an active Georgia license as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner that allows dispensing of medications and prescribing of controlled substances. You should also possess excellent interpersonal skills and empathy towards patients, as well as the ability to relate to a culturally diverse group of patients and community. Additionally, you should be able to adapt to changing situations and circumstances, and be willing and able to assume and delegate the needs of clinic patients as a member of the healthcare team.
