Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and monitor sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels, and overseeing the ordering and receiving of buildings.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized store environment.
  • Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Manage expenses to achieve financial objectives.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and increased profitability.
Requirements
  • 3 years' experience in sales, retail, or inventory management.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using point of sales and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work beyond normal working hours, including weekends and holidays.
