As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services and helping individuals improve behavior, communication, social, and functional skills.

We are seeking qualified candidates who have experience working with adults with autism and/or related disabilities. If you are interested in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), we can provide the training needed to become credentialed and cover the cost of the exam. Our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts will guide you through the process and support your growth as a professional.

In this role, you will establish and maintain therapeutic relationships by pairing yourself as reinforcement and building clients' motivation for social interaction. You will also provide prompts for safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors, increase the frequency/duration of safe and appropriate behaviors, and accurately collect behavior data. Additionally, you will maintain and submit paperwork according to deadlines, follow treatment plan goals and interventions, and maintain professional relationships with individuals, families, and community members.

We value dependability, reliability, and teamwork, and we expect our Behavioral Skills Specialists to work independently or in a team setting. We also require our staff to stay current with all trainings, certifications, and/or licensure required for the position.

We offer a competitive salary of $18 per hour starting without credential and $22 per hour starting with credential, depending on experience. This role requires flexibility to travel throughout the surrounding area to provide in-home services.
