Blood Donor Coordinator

The American Red Cross is a humanitarian organization that provides vital services and programs to help people in need. As a Phlebotomy Team Member, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's mission by collecting blood donations at fixed site locations.
">We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated annual income of $38,000 - $45,500, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, including paid phlebotomy training.

- You will work collaboratively with your team to create a welcoming environment for donors, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the donation process.">
- You will be responsible for following all safety procedures to collect high-quality blood donations that meet regulatory requirements.">
Requirements:

- A minimum of one year of customer service experience in a public setting.">
- An Associate's degree or a combination of education and work experience.">
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.">
- Ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights, sit or stand for long periods, and adapt to irregular hours.">
