About the Role

Boats Group is seeking an experienced OEM Sales Director to drive revenue growth and build lasting partnerships with enterprise-level clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that meets and exceeds revenue targets within the OEM market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a package-driven sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets within the OEM market.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior and C-level executives at OEMs, serving as their primary consultant and advocate.
  • Stay up-to-date with OEM and marine industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive insights to provide clients and internal teams with strategic, data-informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Ad Ops, Data, and Account Management, to ensure a smooth transition post-sale and maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Owning your sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience with 7+ years in B2B or enterprise SaaS sales, focusing on OEMs or high-value accounts, with a demonstrated record of achieving and exceeding quotas.
  • Strategic relationship building skills, skilled at developing and maintaining high-value relationships with senior executives.
  • Clear communication skills, exceptional presentation skills, able to communicate complex solutions to varied audiences and create compelling client proposals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
