Physiotherapy Specialist

Kaiser Permanente, a leading not-for-profit integrated health plan, is seeking an experienced Physiotherapy Specialist to join our team in Burlingame, California.

We are looking for a highly skilled Physiotherapist to manage the physical therapy needs of our patients under the supervision of the Rehabilitation Services Director. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

• Evaluate patients and interpret evaluation findings to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction.
• Establish treatment goals and plans treatment to achieve established goals.
• Initiate discharge planning from physical therapy and implement the treatment program through direct treatment of the patient.
• Provide advice and education to patients and their families, and regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of treatment and progress towards goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Graduate degree in Physical Therapy or foreign-trained equivalent.
• A valid Physical Therapist License (California) at hire.
• National Provider Identifier required at hire.
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire.

Kaiser Permanente offers a competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
