Maintenance Specialist

Elmington Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Williamson, WV.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical condition of our properties by responding to service requests and completing repairs promptly.

You will possess a strong background in plumbing, general carpentry, and appliance repairs, and be able to diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, pool care, roof, and gutter repairs.

You will also be responsible for addressing issues with landscaping and snow/ice removal, communicating effectively with residents and coworkers, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of property maintenance and/or maintenance experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to maintain the physical condition of the property.
