Job Summary

As a Cafe Associate at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and working collaboratively with the cafe team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including hot and cold beverages, sandwiches, salads, and snacks, to meet the needs of our members.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including the cafe area, equipment, and utensils, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our members.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with the cafe team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, including maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, including preparation and serving of food, is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, colleagues, and management.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and productive attitude.
