Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will be able to evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy sessions to students in both individual and group settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive support system for students
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A valid South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
