Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team at StepStone Hospitality. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration
    • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating as needed.
    • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverages.
    • Maintain knowledge of daily specials and menu items.
    • Use proper etiquette and verbiage when serving guests.
    • Process orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Ensure a smooth and seamless dining experience for our guests.
  • Support
    • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
    • Accurately report information and maintain confidentiality when necessary.
    • Scrupulously follow all StepStone Hospitality policies and procedures.
    • Attend required meetings and training sessions.
  • Professionalism and Style Expectations
    • Conduct yourself professionally at all times, setting a high standard for all associates.
    • Project a positive and welcoming image to our guests.
    • Assume responsibility for personal growth and development.
  • Communication
    • Understand and communicate the StepStone Mission and Core Values.
    • Express ideas and convey information clearly and professionally.
    • Actively listen to others and resolve disagreements in a respectful manner.
  • Requirements
    • Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.
    • Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
    • Hearing, writing, typing.
    • Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.
    • Other duties may be assigned.
