We are seeking an experienced Craft Recruiter to join our team at Flatiron Construction Corp. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals passionate about connecting talent with rewarding career opportunities in the construction industry.

About the Role:

  • Lead our craft hiring efforts for the I-10 Mobile River Bridge and Bayway project, a major infrastructure development in the region.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify talent needs and source top candidates for key positions.
  • Presetcreen candidate resumes to identify top talent and submit recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Oversee the full candidate experience from first contact to offer letter acceptance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting craft employees.
  • Background in construction or a related industry highly regarded.
  • Technical recruiting experience preferred.
  • Prior experience developing and implementing best practice craft recruiting processes will be highly valued.
