Job Description

We are seeking a talented Enterprise SDR to identify business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You will be responsible for expanding and preserving our customer base.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, experience in field sales and customer service, and a results-driven approach. We expect you to be a reliable professional who can balance customer orientation with achieving targets.

Job Summary

Sell WeBox's work meal program to small- and large-size enterprise businesses, focusing on flexible work meal solutions including Lunch, Happy Hour, and Dinner opportunities. As part of the sales process, create and deliver door-to-door sales presentations that demonstrate the value of WeBox's e-commerce platform, curated menu from partners, professional logistics, and great customer service. Promote bundled products to ensure optimal solutions for customers and exceed departmental financial and unit targets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification to generate business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to plan and close deals for corporate meal offerings.
  • Utilize door-to-door sales and email outreach to reach potential clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on B2B.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
