About the Role:- Deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice, ensuring the highest level of care and compassion.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Manage patient flow and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and timely care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
