Job Summary

At Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, we are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our Inpatient Oncology team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contribute to the development of our clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of inpatient oncology patients
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Perform procedures, including bone marrow biopsies and lumbar punctures, as needed
  • Participate in patient rounds, conferences, and committees to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical developments and best practices
  • Document patient care data accurately and in accordance with our policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • One year of experience as an ARNP or PA-C, with a strong preference for hematology, oncology, or inpatient experience
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current ACLS, Washington state, and DEA licensure
