Job Overview

Chamberlin's Natural Foods is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Deli Associate to join our team in Lakewood Ranch. As a Deli Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, preparing and presenting deli products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive and exceptional service to deli counter customers
  • Recommend and prepare meats and cheeses for customers
  • Update displays and cases to showcase new items and promotions
  • Ensure work areas are clean and organized
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Ability to operate equipment such as meat and cheese slicers, scales, and cash registers
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and math skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds when needed
  • Ability to stand throughout shift
  • Ability to lift items above head
