Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned volume targets and NIM blended targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end-user customers, referrers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit, documentation, administration, and collections, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry expertise and channel relationships.
  • Develop and present effective program presentations and training tools for trade shows and strategic partner meetings.
  • Work closely with Marketing to target new relationships and drive business growth.
  • Establish and consistently meet business budget goals, including new business volume, new business spreads, fee income, return on assets, and direct SG&A expenses.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of related experience in a comparable financial institution.
  • Proven success in sales, with a strong track record of driving business growth and developing strategic relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of the light, medium, and heavy-duty truck markets, as well as finance/leasing products that support them.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
