Senior Project Coordinator

Pulice is seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading project meetings, reviewing technical specifications, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project meetings to collect and disseminate information
- Review and resolve technical specifications and drawings
- Coordinate technical information between company and owner
- Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve on-time results
- Create bill of materials and review quotations
- Determine possibility of conflicts and delays in construction process
- Ensure project charges are correctly represented for accounting's closing process
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience in cost estimating and scheduling
- Local knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 Scheduling Software (plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and able to work well in a group environment
