• Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to build trust and rapport.
• Understand customers' automotive needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Negotiate and close sales, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
• Stay updated on vehicle specifications, features, and benefits to provide expert knowledge and support to customers.

• Experience as a Salesman or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets, able to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
• Basic computer skills for managing customer information and sales transactions.
