Pediatric Academic Generalist Position in North Carolina

We are seeking an experienced pediatrician to join our team as a Pediatric Hospitalist at the Division of General Pediatrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and a passion for teaching and research.
The successful applicant will be employed by University s Brody School of Medicine under an Academic Employment Model, providing hospital privileges at Health Medical Center and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key responsibilities include inpatient management for a 38-bed unit and provision of care for acutely ill and technology-dependent children. Additional opportunities exist for pediatric sedation, leadership, quality improvement, and medical education.
A highly collaborative environment awaits, with an established division of 11 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers. The role offers excellent prospects for professional advancement, with possibilities for research, leadership, and educational opportunities.
Salary and academic rank (tenure track or fixed term) will be commensurate with experience and academic background.
