Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented Physical Therapist to join our team as a lead therapist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs
- Provide personalized, evidence-based care to patients with various types of injuries and conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and trainers, to ensure comprehensive care
- Motivate patients to achieve their goals and promote healthy lifestyles through education and guidance
- Evaluate patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams
- Document patient care services and maintain accurate records
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of employment
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in a sports rehabilitation setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
