Lead Our Team of Educators

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to join our team as a Preschool Director. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing our childcare center, ensuring the highest quality of care and education for our children.

Your day will be filled with:

  • Managing staff and ensuring a positive work environment
  • Developing and implementing educational programs
  • Coordinating with parents and families to ensure their needs are met
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the center, including budgeting and reporting

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in early childhood education
  • A high school diploma or GED, or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
