Job Title: Java Fullstack Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Java Fullstack Lead to join our team. This individual will have a strong background in leading development teams to successful deployments, coaching and mentoring junior developers, and contributing to enterprise-level system design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead development teams to successful deployments
  • Coach and mentor junior developers
  • Contribute to enterprise-level system design
  • Communicate complex ideas to development team members and business product owners
  • Establish a working relationship built on trust through delivery
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Java 11
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Standard Design Patterns such as Factories, Command, Facade, Adapter, and more
  • Strong knowledge and experience with OOD and OOA
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks
  • Strong knowledge and experience with REST and APIs
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Unit Test and Mocking frameworks
  • Strong knowledge and experience with git
  • Basic knowledge and experience with Postman
  • Basic knowledge and experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Basic knowledge and experience with Scrum and Agile
  • Basic knowledge and experience with wikis
Preferred Experience:
  • Automation Testing
  • React UI Development
  • Gitlab Pipelines
  • Experience leading development teams
