Job Title: Roofing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to oversee roofing projects from start to finish. You'll supervise subcontractor crews, ensure safety compliance, and maintain top-quality standards throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage roofing subcontractor crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee project milestones, safety protocols, and quality inspections.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and communicate project updates with stakeholders.
  • Enforce safety regulations and provide safety training.
  • Resolve onsite issues to maintain smooth project flow.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a roofing foreman or similar supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of roofing materials and systems, including TPO, BUR, EPDM, and more.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
