Production Support
As the Application Owner for The Hartford, this role is responsible for ensuring the availability and quality of service for our applications. This includes monitoring and resolving issues related to application health, as well as communicating with stakeholders regarding any impacts from changes introduced by development or maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee application health and ensure continuous availability
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues related to application changes
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding application impacts and resolutions
- Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
- Continuously monitor and improve application quality and performance
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with application monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively in a team environment
