Responsibilities

As a Geriatric Nurse - Long Term Care, your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and personal hygiene assistance.
  2. Developing and implementing individualized care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and preferences.
  3. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and efficient communication.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A current LPN license in good standing.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in geriatric care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
