Chief Nursing Officer

Penn State Health is seeking an exceptional Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead our nursing team on evening shifts in Summerdale, Pennsylvania.

• Supervise and direct a team of nurses and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices that improve patient satisfaction and safety.
• Analyze data and trends to inform nursing practice and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure by endorsement.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a nurse leader or manager, preferably in a hospital setting.
