The Primary Care Physician Assistant at Fast Pace Health is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care while leading clinic staff in providing high-quality services. This role involves diagnosing and treating patients, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and educating the community on healthcare practices.

Responsibilities:
This role entails the following key responsibilities:
- Leading clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude to deliver excellent patient care
- Providing guidance to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction
- Ensuring accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forwarding charts as appropriate
- Implementing clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians
- Maintaining behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
- A Master's Degree in Nursing
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment
