We are seeking a highly skilled Shotcrete Nozzleman to join our team at GeoStabilization International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating rock drills, construction equipment, and shotcrete pumps to stabilize slopes and protect infrastructure from geohazards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate rock drills and construction equipment to perform soil stabilization and geohazard mitigation tasks
• Mix, spray, and run hoses to apply shotcrete and grout
• Read and determine measurements to ensure accurate application
• Maintain a clean and organized construction site
• Work collaboratively with a team to achieve project goals

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in soil stabilization or geohazard mitigation
• Prior experience with concrete or shotcrete
• Drilling and heavy equipment operation experience
• Ability to travel extensively
• Reliability and strong work ethic

Work Environment:

• Varied climates and environments, including tropical and desert conditions
• Moderate noise levels and exposure to construction site hazards
• Regular heavy lifting of construction materials
