Teaching Faculty Position in Family Medicine

Mercy Clinic is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician to join our team as a teaching faculty member in the Family Medicine Residency Program at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced physician who can provide clinical guidance and education to residents in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and evaluate residents in a continuity clinic setting
  • Participate in didactic teaching, resident advising, and curriculum development
  • Contribute to the recruitment of new residents
