About the Role

As a Senior Chocolate Production Technician, you will play a key role in the chocolate production process from beginning to end. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure each piece of candy that comes out of our facility meets the highest standards of quality and taste.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring accurate measurements and mixtures, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. You will be part of a team dedicated to producing high-quality chocolates that exceed customer expectations.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
