Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our finance team as a Financial Operations Manager. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to our financial success with a hybrid work setup, combining remote and on-site responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Lead the financial reporting process, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance on best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Manage and coordinate the annual audit process, collaborating with external auditors to ensure a smooth and timely audit.
  • Conduct regular reviews of internal controls and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable insights for financial planning.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or relevant professional certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with managing and leading a team is preferred.
  • Adaptability to a changing work environment and a commitment to professional development.
