Concierge Job Description

Frontier Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Concierge to join our team at [COMMUNITY] community in Spring, Texas. As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level customer service to greet and support all visitors and clients.
  • Assist with social media management and content creation.
  • Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate team member.
  • Support the sales office and assist with sales-related tasks as directed by the Executive Director.
  • Serve as the primary customer service contact for questions and concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable office space at all times.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and background.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a positive team member and build strong relationships with all levels of staff.
