We are seeking a highly skilled Observability SRE Lead/Sr. Dev to join our team at K-Tek Resourcing LLC in Phoenix, AZ / Plano, TX (Hybrid). The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location.

Job Description:

The Observability SRE Lead/Sr. Dev will be responsible for designing and developing standard dashboards in Grafana for critical metrics from various Azure/GCP services using observability data.

This role involves hands-on experience with Azure/GCP, CI/CD, DevOps, and observability tools like Grafana/Prometheus, LOKI, Mimir, Tempo, AKS, GKE, and GoLang/Python coding.

You will also be responsible for deploying/managing and optimizing enterprise-level observability platforms for Grafana OSS products like Mimir, Loki, and Tempo.

The successful candidate will have experience with Open Telemetry implementation, custom exporters for pulling metrics from different Azure/GCP/SAAS services, and guiding an offshore team on ingestion pipelines using Python/GoLang or any other open-source technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in specific software or tools, including Azure, GCP, CI/CD, DevOps, Grafana, Prometheus, LOKI, Mimir, Tempo, AKS, GKE, GoLang, Python, and Open Telemetry
