Pierce Technology Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Platform Development Manager to lead and manage the full project lifecycle for the development and implementation of alternative asset platform solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, software development, and operations to define project objectives and deliverables. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business strategies and market demands.
  • Foster open communication among stakeholders, facilitating regular project meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
  • Conduct stakeholder reviews to validate project requirements and overall satisfaction upon completion, providing actionable feedback for future improvements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly within the alternative assets space or financial services, with a strong understanding of platform build-out processes and software development life cycles.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate effective communication among team members.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
