Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Substitute Bus Operator to transport City of Loveland residents in a safe and responsible manner. This position reports to the Operations Supervisor and requires a valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's license with P passenger endorsement. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior customer service to a diverse population of clients.
  • Safely transport passengers in transit or paratransit vehicles.
  • Assure all passengers are treated in a respectful, friendly manner, while encouraging a safe environment.
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and record the results on the Vehicle Inspection Report (VIR).
  • Communicate any vehicle deficiency to the Operations Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's license with P passenger endorsement.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
