Job Summary

The Production Sorter plays a vital role in our operations, ensuring that donations are prepared, sorted, and ready for the sales floor. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to meeting daily production goals, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort, price, and tag donated goods for the sales floor
  • Meet daily production goals of at least 5 racks, 100 pieces per rack
  • Assist customers with questions and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a professional and flexible attitude, willing to take on different job responsibilities
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail, production, warehouse, material handling, or customer service experience preferred
