Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans to achieve weekly goals and optimize resource allocation.
- Create programs and strategies to improve production efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage billing, collections, and cash flow to ensure the financial stability of the project.
- Promote business relationships through prospecting and lead development.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- You must possess a positive safety attitude and personal integrity.
- Excellent customer-service skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
- At least 7 years of experience in electrical construction within DOD, healthcare, or commercial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budget processes.
- Familiarity with NEC and NFPA 70E standards.
- The ability to manage risk and profitability is crucial.
