Ticketing Sales Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated Ticketing Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase ticket sales and drive revenue growth.
About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a fast-growing professional sports team in the United Soccer League. You will work closely with our VP of Ticket Operations and Director of Ticketing to align ticketing strategies with the club's overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic plans to increase ticket sales, including season tickets, group sales, single-game tickets, and premium seating
* Drive ticket sales and revenue growth through innovative pricing strategies, promotions, and sales campaigns
* Conduct market research to understand the local demographic, purchasing behaviors, and competitive landscape
* Enhance the fan experience by ensuring seamless ticket purchasing processes, excellent customer service, and engagement initiatives
* Work closely with operations, marketing, community relations, and corporate partnerships teams to create integrated campaigns that drive ticket sales
Qualifications
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a proven track record of developing and executing successful ticket sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in sports ticketing or related field
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Proficient in ticketing software, preferably SeatGeek, and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot

Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience. We strive to provide a compensation package that reflects the value you bring to our organization.
