Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Foreman to join our team in Toledo, WA. As a Telecommunications Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of underground utilities, including fiber optic cable, for our clients in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation of underground utilities, including fiber optic cable
  • Manage a team of laborers and operators to ensure efficient and safe completion of projects
  • Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure compliance with company safety protocols
  • Develop and implement plans to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in underground construction
  • Ability to read maps, plans, and blueprints and convey this information to others
  • Experience operating heavy equipment, including loaders, dozers, backhoes, and excavators
  • Traffic Control Maintainer certificate
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
