**Job Overview**

As a Host and Ambassador Extraordinaire, your primary responsibility will be to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This involves greeting, guiding, and directing guests as they enter our building, while also being knowledgeable about our experiences and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized attention and ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of all current promotions, Power Card offerings, and other activities, and be able to answer questions regarding our games and services.
* Assist guests with utilizing our self-serve kiosks for tasks such as purchasing Power Cards, adding themselves to the waitlist, or reserving Social Bays (where applicable).
* Work collaboratively with the host team to ensure seamless guest experiences and maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
* Foster a positive and inclusive team culture by being approachable, friendly, and willing to lend a hand.
* Maintain excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and other team members.
* Adhere to company sanitation procedures and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.

**Requirements**

* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Must be able to read and communicate in English.
* Must be able to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
* Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
* Must be able to move about the facility and stand for long periods of time.

**Compensation**

Our Host and Ambassador Extraordinaire position offers a competitive hourly rate of $8.25-$12 per hour, depending on experience and location.
